The Problem
Deploying and updating hundreds of Kubernetes applications manually was error-prone and hard to track. Eigen needed a way to keep cluster state in sync with Git, make rollbacks safe and simple, and run CI/CD pipelines that stay readable and maintainable at scale.
The Solution
ArgoCD was deployed for GitOps-based continuous delivery, managing every application from a single dashboard with clear health status, sync state, and one-click rollback. Concourse CI was chosen for its pipeline-as-code philosophy, providing visual build pipelines, resource management, parallel job execution, and containerized workers with Git integration.
