## Overview

KMS PI (Knowledge Management System Pupuk Indonesia) is a mobile app I designed and developed for Pupuk Indonesia — a large Indonesian BUMN holding company. I was involved in designing the mobile app in Figma and developing it in Flutter.

## The Problem

Pupuk Indonesia, a large Indonesian BUMN holding company, needed a Knowledge Management System (KMS) to organize and share knowledge across its organization. The mobile experience had to be designed from scratch and built as a native-quality app — requiring both a clear UI/UX design and a solid cross-platform mobile implementation.

## The Solution

I took on the mobile side of the project. I designed the mobile app in Figma, establishing the screens, flows, and visual language, then developed the app itself in Flutter — turning the design into a working cross-platform mobile application for the KMS.

## Key Outcomes
